Hi community, I am in the process of learning all the extensions and their capabilities. Do I need both Client Reports and Pro Reports? If someone could clarify this that would be great! Cheers.
Hi @IBCreative, you don’t have both reporting systems. You can use only one as per your preference.
Client Reports would allow you to sen report as HTML email, while Pro Reports automatically generates PDF report and sends as attachment for the email.
Client Reports allows you to edit report content via WYSWYG editor, while the Pro Reports is more template oriented.
In any case, you should try both systems and select the one that works best for you.
