I use servers from dogado.
There it causes a high server load if I synchronize data or install plugins over MainWP. Are such deflections normal?

thanks for getting back to me.
Report looks good, but I would increase the PHP Memory Limit to at least 512M and see if that helps a bit. Can you try that?
I’ve tested it and saw that it is a little bit better but there are always deflections.
And if I made an update it often looks like the following.
I often have to restart it.

Thanks for the update.
It would be good to try to go even higher with PHP memory and see how it goes. Also, this time try to increase the WP Memory Limit too.
If the process keeps stalling after that, you may want to reach out to your host support and have them check server logs to see which limits are being hit and which rule is terminating the process.
