Removing an extension in mainWP dashboard (not a WP plugin)

Hi,
we have installed the backWPup extension in the extension folder of mainWP. Finally we activated it and it worked fine. But as an existing UpDraft Plus Pro user we decided to use UpDraft. I have deactivated backWPup but we can’t find an option to remove / delete it.

thanks for reaching out.

Please check the WP > Plugins > Installed Plugins page on your MainWP Dashboard site. You should be able to see the extension over there and remove it the same as any other WP Plugin.

now I know what you mean - I have to deinstall it in the WP dashboard of the “master” site.
