I’ve been trying to get the automated reports to send out on weekly or monthly schedule. At some point, the schedule event does not happen. I am having to do it manually and check to see what happened.
How can I check if the scheduled event will happen? Is there logs to see when it has been sent out vs not?

I have the same issue. I use UR, but also have a sever cron configured. Reports have not run since June

Hi Mary, thanks for getting back to me. The report looks fine, nothing that jumps out.
Can you tell me do other scheduled actions (WP Cron driven) work or not on your dashboard site? Can you try to install the WP Crontrol plugin on your MainWP Dashboard site and see if reports any problems with WP Cron?

Shortening the frequency from every 15 minutes to every 5 / 1 does not make any difference. The reports had been working prior wo WP 5.5
They worked under dashboard 4.0.7.2 but stopped before 4.0.7.3
Bogdan, updraft plus, Vulnerability, Sucuri notifications about not scanning, Daily Digest email… all are happening. I see four events related to reports setup as cron jobs. I manually ran the two pro ones and nothing seem to happened… i didn’t look at the code to see what kicks off the actual event depending on schedule setup. I just tried to send out a report manually and no email was received. I did a test generic email, email is going out. I previewed the report, report pulled up.
Also my maintenance doesn’t seem to be logging. Not sure how to determine if that was successful either. What table could I look at to help troubleshoot? I’m a long time developer so more technical ways to research what’s going on would help.
