I have 30 or so sites being managed by your product… it is a life saver…
However, it seems that I must refresh the page after each scan…
If I try to run scan after scan without refreshing page, I am presented with stats for previously completed scan.

What is the extension version that you are currently using? This problem should be solved in one of the previous updates.
MainWP Sucuri Extension Version 4.0
That version is out of date, can you please update the extension to version 4.0.5 and see if it works better?
Just in case your setup doesn’t show you available updates, can you please check this post and try to solve the problem?
