A number of issues exist and there are still root performance issues with the WooCommerce Admin (analytics).

No due date for WooCommerce 4.0.1 currently.

You can disable the WooCommerce Admin using a code snippet. If the code snippet is in the place before WooCommerce is updated to 4.0.X then the WooCommerce Admin database tables will not be created and the feature will be disabled.

The data might not import and there is a chance the sites servers CPU might spike.

WooCommerce 4.1 will address some of the WooCommerce Admin performance issues when released.
