With regards to the WordPress SEO Extension, custom boilerplate tokens seem to be working for Yoast page titles, but they are not working for the Yoast description field.
Update: boilerplate tokens don’t seem to be working properly throughout any of the Yoast settings pages when saved as a template.
It’s also not possible to view/edit Yoast settings templates once they are saved via the Settings Templates tab.
