Hi,
I have both the Sucuri and Wordfence extensions installed. In the Security Scan tab of the child sites, I see entries for the Sucuri scans, but nothing for Wordfence, even though I’ve run several wordfence scans on the child sites.
Am I missing something? Or is this how it’s supposed to be? How do I review any issues flagged by Wordfence?

At the bottom of each Security Scan page you should see the WordFence UI - Simply click START NEW SCAN

Yes, but on that screen after running a scan, if you leave and come back, the scan report/results are gone. In comparison, on that same page the previous runs of Sucuri scans are there for review.
It seems to see previous Wordfence reports, we must go to Extensions → Wordfence → Locate the child site and click on the Shield icon to see the “Scan Results” tab for that particular site.
Another way to get to that same screen is by way of the Wordfence widget on the child site dashboard. Again by clicking on the Shield icon in the widget.

Hi @nubranch, that is strange. I just tried to duplicate the issue on my test setup and I couldn’t.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.

Does it help if you deactivate all non-MainWP Plugins on your dashboard site? It could be a plugin conflict.

I just tried that with the same result.
Just to be clear, if I’m on the overview tab of a website and then click the Security Scan tab, I see the Basic Security Check, followed by Sucuri section which lists the available reports, followed by Wordfence but no reports. See image.
But if I’m on the Overview tab, and click the Wordfence shield icon, I’m taken to this page:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Extensions-Mainwp-Wordfence-Extension&action=result&site_id=14
And the page shows me the result of the scan:
